Post-Combine Mock Draft

Here's a quick and dirty mock draft to reflect the combine and the first weekend of free agency. Two rounds, no trades. Things are starting to shake out in a way that I don't think will result in a lot of trades at the top. Right now there is a group of about 6 elite non-quarterbacks and the 3 QBs. Nobody is going to want to move out of a chance at one of the elite guys. And I don't think anybody is really standing out of that pack enough to go get, if you're already there. And nobody can be certain their guy will be there, even a couple picks later. If there was a stand-out, it would be Mario Williams. Vince Young, Matt Leinart and Reggie Bush still have a chance to wow scouts at their workouts to become THE guy in this draft.

The NFL season concluded since the January issue of News and Notes, with first year snapper Jared Retkofsky earning a Super Bowl ring with the Steelers. Retkofsky’s story of getting the call to tryout for the Steelers after Greg Warren went down with an injury was a popular one in the week leading up to the Super Bowl. The Pro Bowl concluded the football season and Ryan Pontbriand of the Browns was the AFC snapper for the second straight year, joining Zak DeOssie of the Giants for the NFC squad.NFL Draft

Two rounds, no trades. That doesn't matter i think.Everything has its own reasons, maybe they don't shake out absolutly .Surely they will give us grate surprised in the end.Because they are the elites in the NFL Draft and all still be .
